My name is Vladimir Shmondenko, I was born in a small village in Ukraine, from childhood
I looked at professional bodybuilders and dreamed of being like them. I burned so much with my dream that I made a gym at home from improvised materials and began to train. Then I had only a goal and a dream, I wanted to become a professional athlete and be sport influencer, all this and hard work led me to what I have now:
